Although the service dept was great the dealership doesn't keep their words, I believe the sellers keep some of the customers incentives. Bought my car until June 2017 with supposedly a visa gift card. Strangely enough I never received it. When I mentioned it, nothing happens. This is my 2nd in a survey. Let's see what becomes of it now.
Didnt get the quality of service that I normally receive. Your prices increased by over $10 which was never reviewed with me prior to getting the oil changed. I also paid for a tire rotation and I do not believe that was done because the tire pressure for all my tires were all different levels and off the suggested level. My family and I were headed on a 8 day trip to Disney and I wound up having to have the pressure levels checked and redone for all my tires that following day. Just a big inconvenience.
No pressure dealership with their customer experience truly being it's centerpiece. From the coffee, to the friendly and funny communication, and punctual feedback from Charles. Jamie, and Melissa are an excellent team that will take care of you, and ensure that they meet your vehicle needs. Very happy we decided to lease our very first brand new Traverse through this dealership! Highly recommend.

Melissa & Charles were very reassuring and very helpful, I would recommend anyone to them for a car. I did have a not so good experience with Jami, as I sat at her desk waiting for Melissa she gave me a very uncomfortable feeling that she was not happy that I was sitting in her space.
