Tommy was great. He replied quickly to my problems, and the car came out on the other end with the problems fixed. He also did a great job working with my warranty company, which I've had troubles with at other service spots. The only issue I had seems to be in how appointments are scheduled and managed at the location as a whole. Even despite having an appointment, there was more than one occasion in which I showed up and was told my car wouldn't be seen that day. If there is way to call customers and let them know before hand that their appointment needs to be adjusted, it would save a lot of time and hassle. Tommy helped out by working with me with those tight schedules, and I really appreciated the shuttle service, which enabled me to get to and from places with ease.
