My experience with the service department was good last week, thank you. I would however, like to mention that I had recently contacted the sales man who I had leased my car from in May because my husband was thinking about turning in his Ford lease to lease a chevy. The salesman seemed interested at first and did provide my husband with some options. However, he was supposed to get back with us regarding some other trucks and never did. We did not feel it was our responsibility to keep calling him so my husband did end up leasing a new chevy truck, however, went with another dealer for this reason. I was very disappointed in this salesman's follow up and sadly he missed out on a sale.
