Performance
When you step into the driver's seat of a new Bolt, you can enjoy a completely different experience from what you would expect from your average gasoline-based vehicle. The innovative One Pedal Driving feature allows you to accelerate and decelerate with only using one pedal. This feature uses regenerative braking to slow the vehicle when you ease up on the pedal, and it can even bring you to a complete stop.
Accelerating in the new Bolt will have you pressed against your seat with nearly instant take-offs. With a 0-to-60-MPH of 6.5 seconds, the Bolt EV offers a zippy driving experience and up to 266 pound-feet of torque. You can engage the Sport Mode for even more responsive acceleration and an exciting driving experience.
Range and Charging
When it comes to driving range, the new Bolt EV offers an EPA-estimated 259 miles with a full charge, while the Bolt EUV offers an EPA-estimated 247 miles for range. Not only will you have plenty of range to commute during a week, but you will have access to standard DC fast charging with the Bolt EV. For even more convenience, Chevrolet will cover the standard installation of a Level 2 charging outlet.
The Bolt EUV comes with a Dual Level Charge Cord, a changeable plug, providing the choice between level 1 and level 2 charging. An available illuminated charge port offers extra convenience and style for the Bolt EUV. Regardless of your choice in a model, you will have a network of over 40,000 public stations.
With the myChevrolet Mobile App with Energy Assist, you can view key information about the vehicle's current battery level, driving conditions, and real-time weather to calculate range. This app also helps you find the nearest charging station and will automatically update as conditions change. You can determine exactly where to stop to recharge and how long it will take for more clarity and convenience.
