My car was inspected and serviced promptly. I had to wait for it only about an hour. The technician identified a potential problem with the brakes, but made the judgment that the brakes would still be good until my next service in about six months (I don't put many miles per year on the vehicle).

Arrived 45 minutes early for my APPOINTMENT. After two hours I was notified my oil change and tire rotation was finished. I had also requested to have a “squealing noise” from rear of vehicle (tailgate ?). Tech had noted he had looked under vehicle while on hoist and saw no problem UNDER vehicle. As I checked out I asked service Manager if they had had driven the vehicle or investigated the tailgate. He checked with the Tech and they had not. In view of the fact that this was the second oil change occurrence that I had asked about the squeaking noise to be investigated and had REQUESTED THAT SERVICE BE SCHEDULED WITH MY OIL CHANGE WHEN I CALLED TO SET THE APPOINTMENT AND PERSONALLY RELATED MY NEED TO THE SERVICE MANAGER, I FEEL I WAS NEGLECTED AND BRUSHED OFF BECAUSE IT WAS JUST A SQUEAK. IT IS VERY ANNOYING AND PERHAPS EVEN A SAFETY ISSUE?
