I had to convince the service rep that the failed tire pressure monitor was the subject of a service bulletin and was covered under the new car warranty.

Love it, great every time!

This was for a recall and the woman who scheduled the service appt actually called parts to make sure they would have the part-they had to orders, so I scheduled out a couple of weeks. Then when took my car in, the Svc Mgr checked in Parts Dept before I left the car to confirm. While this all seems like common sense, I can say that it is not done each time as I've had other appts for this same recall, only to find that the part wasn't there...

No issues. Everything was A-OK.

Easy to make a reservation, on-time appointment, reasonable time waiting, reasonable price and complementarily they wash your car.
