When you changed my tire, you didn't put my rear seat back down. I tried to put it back down but couldn't. Also, my jack is missing. I will be coming back this afternoon so you can show me how to put my rear seat down and hopefully retrieve my jack.

We had an appointment in a Friday, they didn’t get to it Friday. Got to it finally on Saturday but closed at 2 and both Friday and Saturday called us at the end of the working day even though we had called and asked for someone to call us back for an update. Then we already knew what was wrong and still wasted 2 days to tell us what we already knew. Also the mechanic wanted us to call him back in his personal cell and would never answer. The mechanic then promised us Chevy would pay for the part if we could get him proof that the part had already been replaced. It was also a holiday on Monday and called first thing Tuesday when he told us to and he didn’t work that day. So we then got passed to the service manger, he was so rude and wouldn’t uphold any of the promises the other mechanic had told us. So we wasted another day and the service manger would only give us $100 off an almost $1800 bill. Also they wanted to charge us for an 5 hour job that we called around and every other mechanic we called including another Chevy dealership all said 3. But we were stuck. So we had this dealership do the work and out of the kindness of their hearts gave us an additional $150 off. Chevy good will program was also of no help. Because the service manger gave us $100 they couldn’t give us anymore. What a joke. This scenario is the exact reason why people hate taking their cars to a dealership because they charge 3x as much for the same work. Worst customer service. Will not go back and I may not get another Chevy because they truly sold us a lemon and could care less about the customer.
